Wake up at least two hour before you go to work.
Mornings are peaceful moments of the day. Far from the rush of the day. It belongs to you. The sun is there, the singing birds are there to welcome a new beautiful day. Take few minutes before you open your eyes. Feel the energy inside your body. Listen to the morning melody. Then go to your window to wish the clouds, trees, birds and the whole Divinity a good morning.
Take a glass of fresh water and as soon as possible, empty your colon and bladder. If you wait until later in the morning or during the day, you are slowly poisoning yourself and creating an opportunity for chronic conditions to arise.
Exercise your body. Long fast walks on flat ground, swimming are ideal. Early morning exercise removes stagnation in the body and mind, strengthens the digestive fire, reduces fat and gives you an overall feeling of lightness and joy as it fills your body with oxygen. In fact, exercising at one-fourth to one-half of your capacity is recommended. You want long deep breaths to absorb the oxygen, not short quick shallow breaths. Take five minutes for deep breathing.
Have a good relaxing bath (cold if possible). Remember singing during your shower is as essential as soap and water.
Have a good and complete breakfast, and eat with joy and peace of mind.
Do your morning prayers and remember that to have the opportunity to be part of that new morning is a great gift.
Leave home with a sweet smile. “To attain a perfect state of health, one has to be mentally calm, steady and emotionally soft. The state of healthiness has to flow from the innermost of your being to the outer most and vice versa”. And in the afternoon come back home with the same state of mind and the same fresh sensation.
